andrecrock Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 Hi every one,i lost a widowhood cock racing on the 11th and he only came back to me yesterday.Do you think i should put him in the race this weekend, bearing in mind he was a stray that came to me last year,i had him transfer as the prev owner say i should give him a go.He is a two year old(07).Any advice will be welcomed.Thank you.
pjc Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 send him, if he does it again he's got 2nd home and get rid!
REDCHEQHEN Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 I wouldn't have had him back in the loft mixing with other birds - he would be isolated for 10 days minimum so my answer would be no
boxer Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 give him day off then train the b@?>:@d if he comes back then. send him lol :) :) :)
Guest Owen Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 The odds on that bird being any good are very low. He has probably turned into a very expensive addition to your team. I hope for your sake he does not get reported somewhere because you may have to send for it. The cost will then increase again. If it were me I would'nt spend another penny on it. Put it in the bin.
Guest BRYANBROCK Posted April 20, 2009 Report Posted April 20, 2009 I AGREE SEND IT IT MADE A MISTAKE I HAD A BIRD THAT CAME BACK 2 WEEKS LATE ON A TUESDAY WAS 2nd FED ON SATARDAY AND HE STILL WITH ME TO DAY (shrug)(shrug)(shrug)
