Guest Grasshopper Lofts Posted May 19, 2009 Report Posted May 19, 2009 i have my first channel race coming up its 292 miles to me i have a feed program in place, is there anything anyone can suggest i do to get them there the best i can, extra training tit bits etc basketing is 28th may any help would be great. thanks
fancypigeon_88 Posted May 19, 2009 Report Posted May 19, 2009 got my 1st channel race of the season from lessay 235 miles 2 me in the mmc, sendin my cocks runnin there hens. been told not 2 loose them out 2 a few days b4 basketin cus u can take out what u put in2 them.

Guest kev d Posted May 19, 2009 Report Posted May 19, 2009 i got a channel race at the weekend and for the past few weeks ive been feeding black sunflower seeds and normal sunflower seeds and peanut red skins on , mixed in with there corn ive been training them every day from 20 miles up to 40 miles so they need lots of energy and fats to cope , and they look and feel great try it and see .
