sometimes we post away, [me included] without the thought[ un-intentional] of our other members etc ,, taking all for granted , some maybe ill, some going through hard times, some dis-abled , the list can go on,, maybe we [and i] should consider our other freinds  and members,,,,,,,, most are too proud to want their name mentioned ,,,,but a kind word goes a long way in these days of bickering ,unrestfullness and sometimes, even selfishness , even a wee word to" the man above" can do wonders , but a kind word goes a long way.

to any of our members going through such , i would just like to say god bless, and certainly hope things change for the better

Well said, there are often members who go quiet on the forum and we never know if they are on holiday, suffering illness or just got computer problems.

Most of us are connected to others on the forum and should always bare a thought for those not as fortunate as ourselves!

Yes there are times when the passion within us gets heated , and we do have to rember that although we only see a font , there is a person behind it , if we all agreed with each other i think the site would be a bit boring , at times i have agreed to disagree and left it at that it's entirely up to the reader to choose his / her course of action , i have spoken to many of the members on this forum and i know of some peoples problems and issues , and some know mine , a few kind words on someones screen via forum or pm does and can make a difference to some , and im more than happy to do so as i have for a few people . This is a great site lets keep it this way .   :)

It is "nice to be nice" but you will always get individuals who like to be the opposite. The main thing I like about Pigeon basics is most of the members are genuinely helpfull and willing to share their experiences and some even seem to go out of their way to help other members. It's good to know if a problem rears its ugly head the pigeon basics boys ( and girls ) will do their upmost to give the best advice ( well nearly always, Ha Ha ) The banter is top notch as well. Really this thread says it all. Well done Jimmy and all the best.

Excellent post Jimmy.  As one of the members here in the firing line (of my own doing of course) I couldn't agree more that a little forum decorum wouldn't go amiss.   We all get fed up at times and we all have to learn to agree to disagree on certain points.  Post of the month would be a good idea, yours would be a front runner for sure.
