when u let them out have them hungry, before this make sure

i wish i'd done that when i started up....i enclose my trap with a temporary aviary 'til the ybs have a good look / learn to use trap...then take roof off aviary and let them find their out...when alls ok take away completely :)

are traps just a "one way" door isong those "bob wire thingys" of so would it be a good idea to enclose a homemade trap in a small avairy with another seperate entrance?

I have this for my YB's they have all got the hang of it and they all can see out :) Then I take the wood away and open the flap and they come out at their own pace (5 out of 9 today), they soon get the hang of it and it was so easy to make.Put food inside so they drop back in :)
