That is easy peasy to build - put together, and is a great all weather, yet very easy to maintain loft. Now if one was sharp, and wants an all weather easy and very managerable loft, Real quick to make and very very cost effective, all one has to do to build such  a loft is make frames with 2 inch x2 inch, and wrap the mesh round tight to cover both sides.  Bolt these to a bigger frame. Now you have comparments and roof all in secure wire mesh.  Have sliding doors. Just put  two pieces of wood on to of any spare plastic etc. and they will always slide a treat - less frightening for the birds to than opening etc. Great ventilation... as much as you want and when you want it! Then have the traditional plastic air vents on two runners that can be screwed on as needed, or taken off. Further 5 metres x a foot of plastic cladding for £6 one can do these also on runners that can be slotted or screwed on depending on weather and tempreture and adjust accordingly. Easy Peasy, even I did it!

A solid roof then that is fixed 18 inches above at the back and a foot above at the front. Yes have a gutter, covered with wire mesh. £6 or there abouts and a drain pipe into a 2 foot deep hole filled with gravel. No water log, it drains atraight off. The Roof does need to be overlapping 12 to 18 inches at every side for rain resistant and keeping all and sundry underneath dry. Great airy and easy mantained loft to suit any purpose.
