If you do this make sure you put a plastic split ring on the other leg and tie between the 2 rings, DO NOT tie to the legs for obvious reasons ;)

It may be sparked off by one going into other's box. Difficult to tell sometimes who started it first as mine will then go to the trespasser's box to continue the fight. I lock them in their boxes and let them free one at a time. If either goes to the other box, he gets removed and locked up for the day. Soon cures it. You need to put a stop to it before pairing up time.

if there racing cocks i would put them in separate sections and look forward to racing them next year it will be easy to wind them two up against each other

matt i had this problem i done the same as bob said put split ring  on there leg with some string conecting the two together as soon as they went to wip each other with there wings and go to peck each other they fell over only had to do it for an hour took the string and clip rings off now they dont bother each other also get on alot better when there in the same basket together so does work mate all the best.

Yep, I'd mate them to the same hen. At different times of course. Mind that works a darn site better with hens mated to the same cock bird

this is the best ans. but ive found in the past when 2 cocks take a dislike to one another you will eventualy have to let them get on with it untill 1 domanates the other, there is defently a pecking order as with all amimals
