Do i ned to join a club and the rpra? or just one or the other?

sorry about all the questions, i am really new to all this.

You can just join the RPRA if you like to start with and you will be able to get rings, depending on what you intend to do.

Thanks guys, i get it now. I just read some of the FAQ's on there site.

I have to regester as a member of the RPRA, then the young fanciers bit, then i am entitled to my 10 rings.  :)
