i use picaso photo viewer for adding text to my pics i make for the fanciers dont think you can resize using it you can crop the pic which will make it smaller but photobucket the best mate it make it to good pic sizes from small,medium,large pics

yeah ive had the same problem so all my pics i post up now are iver on the medium or large settings on photobucket
