The attention of all NEHU Club Secretaries/Members is drawn to the following information:- Due to fresh evidence received showing T3 and STB clocks being manipulated, the Officers have unanimously agreed that all manual clocks used in NEHU competition must, with immediate effect, use thimbles unless the clock has been modified with flappers or inserts. Lindsay hi lindsay....ive heard the plastic flappers have been causing concern..with rubbers getting jammed.
