How many hours daily do you spend with your birds this time of the year?

well im at my bird from 750 am till 820 mon to fri ( school days )

on weekends im at my birds from 750am till they finish eatin and finished feeding babys! but if they didn  get enough out and about time during the week there out at 7am till 8 am

 

when i get back from school 4pm ill be with them till 530pm! but my mother leaves out birds at half 3 half an hour beofre i get home from school! and caled in at half 4 for feeding!

up loft at 6.15, see to stock birds 1st then water and feed young birds, hens out 6.30, they drop in about 7.45, cocks out till 9, back up the loft at 12.00, 2nd round young out till 2pm then let 1st round young out till 3pm, then feed old birds up, see to stock, get back in house about 4pm, might as well be at work ;D

LESS THAN AN HOUR , SCRAPE BOXES AND PERCHES FEED AND WATER

 

AND LET EM GET ON WITH IT ,  THERE ON OPENHOLE ALL DAY 24- 7  :) :) :)

Varies, usually finish work at 2.30pm. Very rarely do I go into them before work at 7am. Let the race birds out around 4ish. Clean the lofts through. Get them in about 5pm. See to the youngsters then and potter about doing odd jobs in the loft, feed them all about 6ish. Back and forth throughout the evening until it gets dark.

at the minute most days between 1-2 hours

 

In the summer when the kids and mrs can sit out in the garden much longer (work permitting)

 

I dont think its long enough but its the best i can do

I'm out with the birds on and off all day from 6am until its dark

Around 2 hours before work 0600 - 0800 and 1 hour after work 1800 - 1900, Mon to Fri. Not able to get them out yet on weekdays.

Its amazing the varying times we all spend in the sheds. I wonder if numbers of birds kept makes a difference?

 

i'm spending around 4 - 5 hours in there when i get the time, i was quite surprised when i totted it up, but i think it is paying dividends all round.
