Why is Jacqui Smith ignoring my many letters in relation to the

Royal Society for the Protection of Birds perverting the course of

justice, with the express help of the police over the last thirty

years?

 

WHY HAVE THE HOME OFFICE IGNORED MY INFORMATION REQUESTS FOR THE

LAST 11 MONTHS OR IN OTHER WORDS WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO HIDE?

 

HOW MANY MEMBERS OF THE RSPB ARE ALSO EMPLOYEES OF THE HOME OFFICE?

 

WHAT INFLUENCE DO MEMBERS OF THE RSPB HAVE ON MAKING THE LAWS AND

HOME OFFICE POLICY THAT CONTROL USE?

 

IF I MAKE A COMPLAINT OF SERIOUS CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES INVOLVING THE

POLICE AND THE RSPB TO THE POLICE CAN THE POLICE REFUSE TO

INVESTIGATE MY COMPLAINT AND IF SO WHY?

 

IS IT FAIR THAT RSPB MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO CONTROL LAW MAKING,

CONTROL EVIDENCE FOR THE POLICE WITHOUT THE POLICE SUPERVISING THE

EVIDENCE?

 

WHY ARE THE RSPB ALLOWED TO INFLUENCE THE LAW MAKING STRUCTURE TO

THE EXTENT THAT THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 PUTS THE

BURDEN OF PROOF ON THE DEFENDANT THEREFORE A PERSON COULD BE

INNOCENT BUT CANNOT PROVE HIS INNOCENCE WHILE THE RSPB WITHHOLD

EVIDENCE AND OR DESTROY IT? YOU HAVE BEEN SENT THE EVIDENCE OF THIS

FACT BUT NO ONE HAS REPLIED TO MY COMPLAINTS. THE AFORESAID

REVERSED BURDEN OF PROOF MEANS THAT PEOPLE HAVE GONE TO JAIL WHILE

THERE IS SERIOUS DOUBT AS TO THEIR GUILT. I HAVE SENT YOU EVIDENCE

OF THIS BUT YOU HAVE IGNORED MY MANY LETTERS ON THIS POINT.

the RSPB wish to be seen as pc as possible to the public so while the emphasis is on re-population and the conservation of the wild habitat of birds of prey they won't give a rats ass till the prey they feed on be endangered ??)

Real trouble following this guy.

 

He is supposed to be asking for information, instead he is quoting information already in the public domain (e.g. Hansard) and presenting an opinion on it. He will not get any response to that under a Freedom of Information enquiry.

 

If he feels that there has been a perversion of justice, then he should provide proof to the victim (s) legal team (s) so that they can pursue this in Court.

 

On the Act itself, the RSPB is one of the many stakeholders that would be sent a consultation paper on the proposed Law by the Government, and asked to make a written submission to it.

 

On 'biased' MPs, all MPs are sponsored to some degree by some Organisation. Those Interests are both published in Parliament and acknowledged by the MP during debate on any Bill in which he is representing that Interest / Organisation.

This article makes interesting reading.I think it refers to a shooting estate that the RSPB bought to protect Hen Harriers.Initially numbers went up but then the grouse dissapeared and the harriers with them.

I read an article in the NFU magazine about the estate the RSPB bought.That link is the best I can find on the net.I am sure I kept the mag,but it was a long time ago,will keep looking

Theres a question that should to be ask as well to RSPB, if theres any member of RSPB who sign to protect the BOP should don't have a multiple handle name. Just wonder how (RSPB) so easy to make Police believe. Maybe the Police have no any idea at all that the Song Birds need to protect as well from the attack of this nasty hawks.
