ally mac Posted April 29, 2009 Report Posted April 29, 2009 Try the revolving orange light pal. I was getting hammered daily but since i got the beacon the sparrow hawks not been back Touch wood!!!!!!!!!
Guest Owen Posted April 29, 2009 Report Posted April 29, 2009 Now that he/she has killed there it will be back. You need a silent helper in the form of a Swedish Goshawk Trap. Look it up on the internet and you will see drawings and pictures. I have used one with great success. It also catches crows, magpies and much more. I once caught a blackbird in one. Accidently of course. Mind you a Larson Trap works quite well, and I know people who use them regularly with great results. Try not to scare the hawk while you make your trap because you want it to feel welcome. Sorry to hear your news Owen
