They wont go after the fastest  bird thats for sure there predators will take the stranglers and injured 1st do you have proof they only go after the best?

 

Skymaster, you are failing to maintain an intelligent, and objective approach to the argument.  Any predator will take the most vulnerable prey, proportionate to the advantage it gains by taking the risk when making an attack.  Even the best racing pigeons are at risk when they are tired, eg at the final stages of a long race, and when they have limited energy left for evasion purposes.
