Watched the hen earlier on dive at a strag, didnt think it got it, but 5 mins ago got a phone call from wan owe the neighbours to say a pigeon was limping across her path, pair thing was hut on both wings, had ti dispose of it, i though the hen hit it, but there yi go, she isnt sitting yet.  >:(

big,mate rab has been a gamekeeper on five estates now ove jobsr the last 15,years had to keep changing jobs due to grouse moors being closed to the bops.

                 now doing a pheasent,and deer estate in inverness,tells me the bops are active all year round,to many hens working solo or in pairs cause they dont have mates

they will be late in sittin this year boys nae leaves on the trees yet

 

watch out for another 4 weeks at least ;)
