strange , in over a hundred years of pigeon racing in this country , we still seem to have more theory than fact ,,, still i suppose it makes the sport so fascinating

a very true story about a fancier ,, whose" theorie" was that this certain breed of birds commit suicide at about 7 days old,,,,, he had no fronts on the boxes ,

remembering marching down the main road in the boys brigade[about 50 of us] [5th company], with all the mothers and fathers looking on proudly then one young lad ,clearly out of step, his mother was heard to say to his father ,,,,,,look at that,,,their all out of step except our wee billy ;D,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,theorie, in pigeon circles ,,,,,,,theres the odd one like wee billy ;D ;D ;D [and his father and mother ;D] ;D ;D ;D

this could be a good theorie for distance races in june or july , never have them cast there first flight till after the month of may
