blaz Posted November 9, 2009 Report Posted November 9, 2009 what do you look for when handling a potential 200 mile pigeon
jimmy_bulger Posted November 10, 2009 Report Posted November 10, 2009 again shaped like teardrop but a bit more well built chest wise with pectorals a bit bulkier but not as long as dis birds. a good bit bigger than dis birds and to look more powerfull. feathers like silk, single minded, very inquisitive bordering on a bit jumpy (like a banger waiting to go off) look and act with attitude, well put together for the job in hand and again lbloodline. jmo
REDCHEQHEN Posted November 10, 2009 Report Posted November 10, 2009 You haven't seen my little hens My birds would totally b*gger your theories up
jimmy_bulger Posted November 10, 2009 Report Posted November 10, 2009 not a theory sue just a personal preferance there is no set stereotype for and distance just what the individual fancier likes or dislikes.

Guest shippy Posted November 10, 2009 Report Posted November 10, 2009 i believe what good or bad points we look for in a pigeon cannot be seen by the eye or felt by holding a bird
