kev43 Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 my youngbirds this year havin beeen training really well an hour no bother without flags away from allotments 20 to half n hr at times then swooshin the loft then away agen for another 10mins and they no where 2 b seen on a race day has any 1 got any answer as 2 why this is happening ?
pigeonpete Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 Good question kev, had no problems with mine flying round hom, they still go off now, but behind on race day, coming out of the north, had em tested there fine, starting to drop a bit now though on the tail. moving this to young bird section mate, before you shout at me!

kev43 Posted September 4, 2009 Author Report Posted September 4, 2009 hahaha ne bother pete,,, a knew where i wud find it ;D ;D ;D well m8 i,m at loggerheadswith mine mine were on natural and 1st few weeks they had perfect feathering and had me hopes built up for them on race day but not a feather 2 b seen ,,,i feed them on diet 2000 and superwidowhood mix and droppins all perfect and cant get me head round it,,,,well av stopped them now cos i was starting 2 drop a few as needed for nxt yr as only got a few old birds left.
