now that the season is moving on and the distances increasing,also the moult of the flights  increasing :),just wondered as to what importance the fanciers,  put to the attention to the flights [i,e,  the moulting of these :)]

 

my preference would be, for the distance,  a pigeon with its second flight just piping through :),, races in june/july

my widowhood cocks are still holding there flights expect them to drop there first flight soon roundabout hens have throne first flight.

I've found my pigeons hit top form 4-5 weeks after dropping their first flight. My naturals have just started to throw their first so fingers crossed :)
