Guest numpty01 Posted June 17, 2009 Report Posted June 17, 2009 Well i am in the FED and in another Club we welcome the EXTRA birdage, some members send over 100 birds on there own right more the better we say. Jeremy has always said at the club if there was a problem in the club or Fed they would just go as trainers. But there is no problem the only problem is Van Link and we dont let trouble makers in our Club so he wont get in thats for sure now i wonder who the trouble malker is van link or someone whos first post is insulting a member as trouble maker im not numpty 666 so were you been hideing
Guest Posted June 17, 2009 Report Posted June 17, 2009 all birds would have to be transfered to the one loft race and race as thier sole property i think in club /fed /nat raceing you can only race birds registered to yourself acording to the governing bodies rules they would have to join club etc to be able to fly for prizes i think some one loft races dont transfer the birds till after the final race so wouldnt be able to legaly race them in a club etc as 1 team they could only race them as individals then all owners would have to join club etc jmo dave

little sam Posted June 17, 2009 Report Posted June 17, 2009 sam, i do not want to get into a row with you, so do not take any thing i say in the wrong way but i think you are slightly miss understanding the issue. This is a slightly new concept. Its not a normal race, but a 1 loft race entering into a race of multiple drops so that in simple terms you could win the 1 loft race and the normal race, but of course it is not quite that simple because the birds must be flown in one name. The Ideal of a 1 loft race was to try and make it more fair, to try and level the playing field. Now that we are moving on and entering those 1 loft birds into a normal race we are adding a new dimension. Now of course this new type of racing could be absolutely fine and a great new way to race, and as pointed out by someone on an other post an opportunity for some to take part in a national race who other wise would not have the chance. It could be good or could be bad, it could be like or could be disliked. It will probably be many things to many people but unless we allow people to share an opinion we will never know. I can see the reason why people are not inclined to contribute towards forums if they are going to be jumped on for having a slightly different view. We are all entitled to a certain amount of freedom of speech provided of course that we try not to offend any one. So I ask again in the interest of fairness please let some one make a point with out attacking their view personally. I understand what your saying mate, I didnt mean to make anyone feel bad, Just giving my opinion, Sorry if anyone was offended from what i wrote
superstar Posted June 17, 2009 Report Posted June 17, 2009 I am well aware of who Numpty 666 is from the IP checks we can do on site. I am going to work shortly but this member has until i return tonight to send me a PM explaining the need to break the site rules by setting up a second account in a name that could suggest he is another member. If i dont have the PM i will simply place an IP ban on the account. Sorry to all if it sounds harsh however we are trying to make the site a better place and this sort of deceit wont be tolerated anymore. HERE, HERE! One person, one account, one opinion, simple rule to follow!!

Sorry to all if it sounds harsh however we are trying to make the site a better place and this sort of deceit wont be tolerated anymore. Can I suggest that any explanation given, or the failure to give an explanation, is reported, on the fopen forum, and the user named, so that we can all make a proper balanced view. This is important within the context of this thread for the sake of transparency and fair play to all those that do not abuse the system.
Guest numpty01 Posted June 17, 2009 Report Posted June 17, 2009 i have noticed members come up diffrent colour if banned so think it should be left to admin to just sort it after all my family name being used ;D ;D ;D ;D
red schalie Posted June 17, 2009 Report Posted June 17, 2009 Yes Tony the birds would be flying under each seperate owners name but flying from the same loft location ie. 1st Joe Bloggs from One Loft Stable etc. thereby getting on the result and also being supervised and ruled by the normal RPRA rules with the one loft being held to account for any iregularities being as they are the managers. In effect the birds are racing for full honours everywhere and their owners and One loft managers (Stable) given a shared credit but the owner being put first on any result. Regards Bob Pickering

Just to clear the air before speculation runs riot, it would be useful if Jeremy will confirm that he is not Numpty 666, as the poor chap is one of the main protaganists of this debate. I note he is monitoring things regularly so should be able to reply quite soon.

I agree, although off subject if somebody feels the need to use a 2nd name they clearly have a hidden agenda and something to hide! Name, shame and ban em!

vanlink Posted June 17, 2009 Author Report Posted June 17, 2009 I understand what your saying mate, I didnt mean to make anyone feel bad, Just giving my opinion, Sorry if anyone was offended from what i wrote Thank you Sam, you are a nice lad and you will go along way because you are prepared to offer an apology if you think you may have up set some one, what a great quality . I am sure you did not mean any thing, the trouble with posts is they are without tone or facial expression so we can not see if you are smiling when you write something. I should know I upset people on forums all the time but I do not mean it. Its just passion for the sport, which I know, you have. Little Sam, but a Big Man.
Guest numpty01 Posted June 17, 2009 Report Posted June 17, 2009 yes i try to use smilys as it reflects the way a post is meant but there aint one for angry ;D ;D ;D ;D
