reporting a bird to the nwhu

Hi everyone.It has been 5 months since i reported a bird to the nwhu.Twice i done it and haven't heard any thing back from owner or secretary.I ended up releasing the bird and now she keeps on flying back to my old loft.She is a cracking bird.Wat do i do?

Very very poor by the NWHU secretary not to get back to you I know you shouldnt have to do this but try ringing him,MR.T.DAWBER 01257 421271,and if I was you I would give him a right mouthfull,any NWHU members on here that can defend your secretary.

Very surprised Terry has not contacted him as he is spot on normally, how did you report it e-mail, phone call? ring him and ask the question why he has not been in touch but seems very strange to me.
