kev43 Posted March 22, 2010 Author Report Posted March 22, 2010 Do you find you lose a bit of form later in the year kev, cos it looks like your be hard to beat in the early races if your got them so well so soon. just interested mate a widowhood cock normally holds his form around 4/6 weeks and by then another cock will hit form and vice versa if the die off i will just repair them and bring them bk into form that way i dnt need them for 14/16 weeks as we are tryin the channel this year and our channel birds are in a different garden so when i race the channel my widowhood cocks will b rested for a few days so they can come bk in2 form that way aswell wi a weeks rest
adam owen Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 thats good as u got two teams then so by going every two weeks they hold form longer
kev43 Posted March 22, 2010 Author Report Posted March 22, 2010 thats good as u got two teams then so by going every two weeks they hold form longer yea shud do but if they loose their form b4 channel start depending on how many weeks b4 i will either pair them bk up or just rest them and give them a light depurative feed and that shud solve the problem and bring them bk in2 form
