davebuttle Posted September 10, 2006 Author Report Posted September 10, 2006 now only waiting for 3, had 2 return form newark (2 weeks ago) and 1 from training toss on thursday( think hes been in somewhere else? neighbouring loft?) anyhow, they are all going to the nationals from wanstead flats, 222 miles see what we get back, and they will go for the last race at wanstead the week after. Need to get some new blood stock in, as these home breeds are good for getting home but too slow?
jimmy white Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 perfect returns linda, and you knew that was a sticky race, so good going ;D ;D ;D meally bar had the best returns,,,,,,an extra one ;D ;D ;D
Wiley Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 east london were at newark south east wind alot of people missing birds im still 5 down one member in my club was over 20 missing
Guest Posted September 11, 2006 Report Posted September 11, 2006 The 200 historically has always been a difficult race, last year I sent 39 and only got 9 back on the day, so I decided to be cautious and just send 5 to each race. This year I'm happy to say broke the rules, all club members had good returns on the whole.
