Guest Hjaltland Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 One of my young birds this summer is a blue barred hen with a couple of white flights. The moult is almost complete now and I have noticed that the white flights have disappeared , being replaced by the normal dark flights. I was wondering if this is a common thing and if you find any other noticible colour changes with age?
jimmy white Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 the only real colour change ive seen is the chocolates , ive bred them b4 as ybs were pure chocolate, but as they got older moulted in a lot of white feathers
Roland Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 Not common Hjaltland, but deffinately not rare.
