leighton1984 Posted July 23, 2007 Author Report Posted July 23, 2007 hi lads i have been looking at the logic lofts web site they do look very nice . here are some pics of my pigeons and one of inside my loft.
stevebelbin Posted July 26, 2007 Report Posted July 26, 2007 Rapido bushaerts are lovely birds, and if you manage to get one with feathery legs get it over the channel, they do well from 400+ for some reason. They are very prone to hawks attacks on the down side!!!!
The White Rapido Man Posted July 26, 2007 Report Posted July 26, 2007 Rapido bushaerts are lovely birds, and if you manage to get one with feathery legs get it over the channel, they do well from 400+ for some reason. They are very prone to hawks attacks on the down side!!!! I have heard that old tale...............and have also heard its not necessarily true... I have a loft full of white Rapidos that fly out, and have only one has ever come back after being hit by a hawk..........in 4 years good luck with your search..............you might want to try Warren Foster.....white flight lofts................his birds are exeptional...............but can be quite pricey

Wiley Posted March 28, 2008 Report Posted March 28, 2008 red pied and white i wouldnt be to sure that its going to be a red pied, looking more like a blue pied or a cheq pied to me
Guest karl adams Posted March 28, 2008 Report Posted March 28, 2008 i will put some more on when its a bit older
Guest karl adams Posted March 28, 2008 Report Posted March 28, 2008 i wouldnt be to sure that its going to be a red pied, looking more like a blue pied or a cheq pied to me sorry but your wrong :)
Castleview Posted March 28, 2008 Report Posted March 28, 2008 i have a pair Rapido bushaerts the cock is as white as snow the hen is a checker pied in the first nest i had two whites like there dad i now have a second nest but this time i have 1 white and 1 red gay pied were the red has come from i dont no as these birds am on there own That would have come from the Chequer for a guess. Somewhere in her ancestry was a red cheq or a mealy and since white is not a true colour I'm guessing the genes found a match and made red. From the picture it's going to be a gorgeous pigeon :'( ;D
Guest karl adams Posted March 29, 2008 Report Posted March 29, 2008 are the whites and gay pides worth sending to a race as im often told they are easy food for birds of pray
