What should I do if my YB is too little?

Hello mate.. its me again.. long time no talks.... but anyway  i have another question for you mates... What should I do if my YB is too little for his/her age? should I cull it?

When you say too little, I asume you mean drastically small, if so then yes I would dispose of it
