Guest spin cycle Posted December 19, 2008 Report Posted December 19, 2008 bubwith couldn't be very far to the short flying lofts
REDCHEQHEN Posted December 19, 2008 Report Posted December 19, 2008 yes also could u tell me some info on how yous set up for the first race with unc do u send with feds for so many races first yes what - the first race Bubwith or the frist single cut race Folkestone? I'll answer the last part of your question not all feds go to the same race point - especially for young birds - the longer fliers go to a shorter race point Thirsk or Wetherby - some miss Bubwith out altogether they go up in 'smaller' groups up to Folkestone
REDCHEQHEN Posted December 19, 2008 Report Posted December 19, 2008 bubwith couldn't be very far to the short flying lofts 49 miles or thereabouts
frank1 Posted December 19, 2008 Author Report Posted December 19, 2008 Do you mean - the first ALL up together race (God help me if I say that word national (evil) or Bubwith yes
REDCHEQHEN Posted December 19, 2008 Report Posted December 19, 2008 Both?? Having had a look at some of the results - I've decided its nearer 85 miles - but Shotgun Tim is towards the top end - because of the longer distance and the fact the UNC doesn't put out a lengthy result (if we're lucky its 250 - mainly its 200 - and out of as many as 31,000 birds) The best I can do is Maidstone where the top end appears in a result Tweedmouth 326 miles 852 yards bottom end 231 miles 1424 yards
