Guest Posted July 15, 2009 Report Posted July 15, 2009 Have got a couple of Van Elsacker cross cocks, plus Lou Wouters, which Serge's birds decend from.
Guest Posted July 15, 2009 Report Posted July 15, 2009 mark gilbert has them from elsacker That's where my two crossed cock's came from! I have a son of Mark's 1st Nat. Dax, and a G/son of the 1st Nat. Dax from a brother to the afore mentioned Son, was paired on to a Dtr of Amadeus! Cracking Powder Blues they are!
Roland Posted July 15, 2009 Report Posted July 15, 2009 That's where my two crossed cock's came from! I have a son of Mark's 1st Nat. Dax, and a G/son of the 1st Nat. Dax from a brother to the afore mentioned Son, was paired on to a Dtr of Amadeus! Cracking Powder Blues they are! Yes he has them. Thought that it was a of Louella Invincible /Smagd1 and 11 etc. that produce the Dax winner.
Guest Posted July 15, 2009 Report Posted July 15, 2009 Yes he has them. Thought that it was a of Louella Invincible /Smagd1 and 11 etc. that produce the Dax winner. Could be Roland, would have to dig out his pedigree and have a proper read through. I know that the sire of the Dax winner was a Van Elsacker. The G/son that i have of the Dax winner paired into the Lou Wouter dtr of Amadeus was bred by me from a brother to the son of the Dax winner that i currently have. The first son of the Dax winner i had was killed in the loft fire. Apologies if the way i wrote it out created confusion, i hope this clarifies it a little.
Guest Posted July 15, 2009 Report Posted July 15, 2009 Yes he has them. Thought that it was a of Louella Invincible /Smagd1 and 11 etc. that produce the Dax winner. his winner has geoff coopers deweerdts in there somewhere
Guest surfer Posted July 15, 2009 Report Posted July 15, 2009 As Frazer rightly said Don Headon from Barnstaple has direct birds from Serge Van Elsaker, and I might be corrected here but I thought Mark Gilberts Int Nat winner was a pure Elsaker. Don has been to Van Elsakers loft and bought from his best. Roger.
Guest Posted July 15, 2009 Report Posted July 15, 2009 Have just dug out the pedigree. "Southfield Supreme" is bred from a 95 bred Van Elsacker, Son of the "Jonge Wezel" x dtr "De Zitter." Dam of "Southfield Supreme" is a pure Van Elsacker, bred and raced by Geoff Cooper, and was bred from two direct Van Elsacker birds. If i remember rightly, i'm sure Mark got the Sire of Southfield Supreme from Geoff Cooper aswell!
