Training improving all the time!

Been taking birds training the last week to the same place - 27 miles line of flight. Their times have been 1h 15 mins, 45 minutes, 34 minutes, 33 minutes and now today 27 minutes. A mile a minute they were doing! A toss from 45 miles from a different route planned for tomorrow. Then another 3 from the 27 mile point next week. I have a good feeling about next Saturday   ;)

Gets them thinking but never helps the 98% rule and only the wans that canny go buy are the shi--e yae time.

why not teach them to race home from 12 miles now you have taught them to come home???

Wot distance yer first race mate?

76 miles is my first race flying South East. I am the most northern flyer in the fed, and want them to have a good education in the area I am looking for them to break otherwise they are going to follow the main drag of the birds and fly into the South Wales Valleys and then I don't stand a chance! My club is 20 miles south of me, so feel I really need to work on the area I am currently training from to have any real chance of getting amongst the cards.
