there are many natural products which in my opinion will do nicely, and wont cost u much.

 

sugar.

these can be made into a sweet drink for them,especially add b4 the next race.

sugar is energy!

 

boil some water add sugar or honey...disolve the sugar in the boiled water , wait till cooled then add to the drinking water.

jon energy plus is a brilliant mix that is full of rich fats that the birds need in flight, on short distance races give only on friday mornings

 

if middle distance then inroduce it to your mix a day b 4 basketing, its a great mix

 

we normally buy a 20kg sack and it will last us the whole season inc young birds,
