Pronafit Smoke Pellets

Hi i was just wondering if anybody could give me some advice on Pronafit smoke pellets, i have just bought some and intend to use them,but i have a couple of queries referance the use, on the side of the container it says and i quote (do not touch the remaining, after extinuuishing for at least 15 minutes to be sure of safe disposal.) my question is how long do i leave the tablet burning for and do i use a full on as the instructions say there is enough for 75 cubic meters.

i use these i put them on some metal as to not  burn loft down an old baking tray or something similar , and theres no real way of making them smaller so one per section unless all doweled interior then smoke should travel

They burn themselves out - but once finished I tend to pour water on - outside the loft to make sure its extinguished

I use one of those small terracotta pots you get with some picking stones - or a small empty baked bean tin

What are these for and what are the benefits of using them. I wouldn't have thought smoke and pigeons would have been compatable.

Cheers everyone i cut them into quarters because i only have small lofts and left them to burn out hopefully that will have done the job, Thanks for all the relpies.

have used them in the past and personally think they are another way of ripping yi aff from your hard earned ,if they do any good at all then why are they all kinds of other stuff for mites etc  wish people would realise that half of the rubbish that is sold for pigeons is 90% useless

are these smoke bombs for pest control or ventalation problems??

we use these all a time one every couple of weeks a swear by them it has made a big difference to all are birds it is one of the things we dont get ripped off on i think .

there for getting rid of pests naturaly moths soon exit with the smoke , also can check your ventilation is right at the same time , as for do they work i think not
