There are a few products on the list that we use for pigeons. However I am not sure that the dose would be the same as stated for poultry.

Toltrazuril - is also known as Baycox to us - and is a good treatment for coccidiosis, and there are a few treatments for worms and antibiotics for serious infections - BUT - if you cannot recognise the illness in the birds, you will still be stabbing in the dark treating them. (whatever you buy) You need more knowledge about pigeons.

One of the items on the list is an acidifier - which I use on my birds - that should hopefully keep the birds insides in check so that any bad bacteria doesn't get a hold - to make the birds ill. But viruses you can't really guard against or treat (it is not easy keeping pigeons !!!)
