Are they doves or pigeons? if they are doves i think rpra rings would be to big, but if pigeons then think rings will help you identify or even sell birds if ever wanted, Or you might want to race them :-) :-)

Either use RPRA rings or you can get your own rings made with your name and address on incase any get lost.

Or you can ring them with both but you will need to be an RPRA member to obtain rings through them.

What rings would you use to ring white doves used for wedding release. rpra rings?

I have phone number rings on all of my release birds, white ones, some of them have rpra rings as well :)

We have our own rings on all our birds, you can get them made easily from http://www.ringco.co.uk/ or http://www.everythingforpets.com/ I think you should also get them rings from the SHU which if lost will be reported to the SHU and then you will be informed by them, also you have more chance of selling them if need be

PETE!!!!! age old argument all pigeons are descendants of rock doves ;D ;D ;D

You cannot release true doves as they have no homing instinct so white homing pigeons are used and marketed as white doves.

Love Pigeon does not have the same ring to it as Love Dove ;D ;D ;D
