Marking eggs

when the egg or eggs  hatch what then!   the one that's going to feed it is the ones you should have logged as,the foster parents no marking the egg :-/

I agree with bigda should be no need to mark eggs just mark down in your stock book whos eggs feeders are sitting when yb are rung put them down to the origional pair.

You can always mark the nest bowl they are in and not the eggs.
