am deliveries ..couriers.

waiting all morning for pickup .11.45 am phoned them to ask where they are as i was told they would be here just after 9am.

they are now picking up later this afternoon without phoning me to let me know ....nice of them.

 

RING ANY BELLS????.....experience like this b4,... clue ..firm just gone through..begining also with am.....

this wasnt my choice as im not the sender ,just the person with the bird.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to not use them again if their service is that poor.  If there's anything we can do to help you out in the future Paul you just let us know, we'll try our best and certainly will not leave you in the dark.

update...am deliveries now after all that was done...they now ring up to confirm birds wont be picked up today and wednesday now is the earliest they can do.....wot a f/joke....one to avoid me thinks.

just ensure anybody getting birds from you uses a courier that you approve then you wont be messed around

i did not approve or dissaprove of the courrier nor was i the one that  placed the order so im nothing to do with it.

 

just feel sorry for the person that the bird should be on its way too.

well you pay your money and take your chances , once bitten twice shy , and your right nowt like waiting for a new arrival when it's delayed

Its probeybly because of some of you lot on here amtrack has done what it has, always moaning, if you keep on then there wont be anybody willing to collect or transport pigeons becasue as soon as they are late you moan about how rubbish they are.

 

Get a life be paitient. lets not loose all hope of a delivery company

No Amtrak went bust, nothing to do with pigeon fanciers - maybe if fanciers had stopped using them they would have gone under long before as to be honest the vans were normally empty when they delivered or collected from me so maybe its our fault they lasted as long as they did.

 

AM have always done a good job for me hence why i passed there number onto a friend a few weeks ago, i am sure he is giving them plenty of work by now  :)
