You can register finding this bird with the SHU at http://shuonline.co.uk/strays as "SU" "09" "Blank" "3324".  Fill in the other details, ignore the field "SHU Finder Reference" as I assume your not a member, if all the data you entered validates then you should get an automatic response with the owners details within about 15 mins, else if it doesn't validate you will get a response sometime tomorrow when it is manually process by a member of the SHU staff.
