South West Glamorgan and Rhondda Community Fed are waiting to liberate in Hullavington this morning. There is some blue sky on site and waiting for sun to come up. By going further north than Chippenham we should avoid balloon activity around the Bristol area today. We are particularly concerned about Feds libbing from Mangotsfield this morning to avoid clashing. There will be a further update at 6.45am.
