Anti cat "landing board"

Has anyone got anti cat landing board. The type where late comers can get in but if a cat jumps on it, it collapses under the weight and when not in use it can be secured?

Eay to make Alan with a peice of wood  a hinge n a pound of lead.

get a dog thats good with to the pigeons.

Dogs etc are no good, the pic is the view from the loft and the back is the same. Two farm houses either side, with half a dozen cats in each. And I am there at the farmer's pleasure so don't want to upset him.....and I live 10 mins away by car. So an anti cat board would be helpful
