if you dont mind spending and want a top loft that wont leak then a company called t.ellis in the bhw they are not far from the midlands .just remember you get what you pay for ,i have had mine 6 years and not one problem ATB les.

do not go to stoney for a loft my friend bought one and within 6 weeks all the boards had warped and raining in took months to get it sorted

THEY NORMALLY ADVERTISE SAYING 'STONEYS GONE MAD' IN THE BHW

T.P.A shed are another one to stay clear of the design of my loft was wrong and the flooring wont support human weight and alot of knots fall out of wood that they put down to natural shrinkage i put i down to crap timber and the floor is made from match board yup you have got it they probably make matches out of it and aint fit for purpose.

Tranter lofts are one of the best lofts i have seen for a long time, they were at Blackpool a couple of years ago, and if the wife let me away with it, i was wonting another one, no go though, there quality is superb.

 

Prices i dont no off, but if you send for the information you may be able to strike the deal.
