The most expensive garden fertiliser i ever used, but they were better at that than racing, sorry take it back, homing, as i don't think any even made it to a race! Yet i paid £100 for 6 Van Reets from Pat Mullen (RIP), after a chat one day, 3 won, 1 bred winners. One of the BK birds cost me six times that!

Mind you the Jimmy Dutton birds were nearly as bad, but some loony was convinced he could breed winners off them, and despite me offering to give them to him insisted on paying, he now resides somewhere like Broadmoor st?? ;D

In defense of,I had a pair of youngsters from the late Tommy Ingram of Newport, the line of Bellevue Princess, they turned out cracking birds, winning on the road, and breeding some good uns, when crossed.

Hi Tom,

a pigeon is only as good as the breeder that bred it,or the racing man that raced it,you could give the crown jewels to some fanciers, only to find a while later they have been broken and damaged beyond compair, but make no mistake about it mr Kaids bloodlines are still in the ascendancy in some champion lofts(national) ;)

well name them and then you would of answered pigeon123 question.

Apologise, but as chris said, thought might save you a few quid.
