paul10121968 Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 hello.i have a pigeon trailer to swap for a good pair of stock birds.bloodline unimportant.the trailer can hold up to 300 birds, and has seperate sections for cocks and hens.the bottom tier needs a little work done to it,the welds have come away from the mudguards on the left side so this will need rewelding, there are three good tyres on the trailer 2 running and one spare.it also has a working light board.i bought the trailer off a local fancier with the intention of training everyones birds as well as my own,but with a new job i do not have much time to do this through the day.the trailer could be fixed up into something nice that will last for years.so if you want it and you have a nice pair of stock birds you no longer require let me know.i will deliver the trailer, but bear in mind i live in newport in south wales so if you live more than 50 miles away maybe we can meet in the middle.regards paul

paul10121968 Posted October 19, 2008 Author Report Posted October 19, 2008 Also what are measurement as I can't see that holding 300 birds? the measurements are 4ft x 6 ft
pjc Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 leaf springs and no shockers will allow it to bounce well! What is the size of the trailer please?
cemetary Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 We have a small trailer in sections, around the same size, it will hold 400 -500 easy, with the birds having plenty of room, it sits well, dosent bounce at all.
ChrisMaidment08 Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 will the damage on left side come out paul????
pjc Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 what have you been offered for it so far Paul?
paul10121968 Posted October 19, 2008 Author Report Posted October 19, 2008 will the damage on left side come out paul???? yes it needs tacking back on where the weld has broken, but if your going to do that you just as well renew and be done with it.it will last for years then.
pjc Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 this looks like more than tacking work and its a shame you havn't a pic showing the side open for release.
