Hi All,

I have a loft for sale that I bought in April when I started up with pigeons. Reason for the sale is because I need a bigger loft.

The loft is 9' x 7' with two sections: One is 5' and the other is 4'. The loft is in immaculate condition and is basically brand new. It has a landing deck and exit flaps in each section. The front is dowelled with sliding doors.

I am putting it up for sale at £600.

Thanks

David

Do the birds enter tru the top doweled sections? Or is there a trap up there with bobs?     Nice loft anyway a real beautiful!!!       jimbobboy usa

Have only had the chance to race young birds to let them go through the trap door on landing deck. Will be using a sputnik for next year.

have you not had problems with stoats getting in through the dowels,or do you have shuters? it is a nice loft though.

That photo was taken before I put the wire mesh up. Dont have any probs with stoats or squirrels. Touch wood.

Why do loft manufacturers make them like that then you have to mesh them to keep out the unwanted's

Maybe someone ought to let the manufacturers know about that problem, if no one tells them they won't know. :)

Hi

I will be leaving this loft for sale until 5pm this evening. If no one wants it then I will take a different approach to expanding my loft. Maybe get a smaller extension to the loft as a different section.  :)

It would probably be the cheapest option

If it is sectional move the end section out and piece in the extension, easy and cheapest way to do it

Thats what I thought, but really wanted to get a new loft with everything I wanted. Guess I could still work with this loft tho. Its a good size with two sections so if I add another section I should have enough space to race properly. :)

Aye and containing the birds while altering it, ours soon got used to the banging etc ;D
