OLDYELLOW Posted March 11, 2010 Report Posted March 11, 2010 im not complaining , just enquiring on there relocation and stocking and wether there will be a shop , customer complaints should be made directly to them , seems some have good experiences and some not so good , never had to order from them, but in past year they have failed to carry stock and i've had to source elsewheres which is a shame as i like to support local buisnesses with my custom

Leroy Posted March 11, 2010 Report Posted March 11, 2010 well, just to balance the argument out, I've ordered stuff from them a few times and never had any problems until the last time. Ordered through the internet, and some items came but some didnt. No explanation why some were missing but no refund either. It was only £8 or so i think, but still??? Prior to that they had been great, everything arrived in one piece and within a few days. Lee
rasbull Posted March 11, 2010 Report Posted March 11, 2010 I used to use them all the time, but then things started being out of stock, long delivery etc. I have changed now to Taylors Choice and must say first class service each time I have used them. I will not use Boddy and Ridewood again if I can help it which is a shame because they used to be my first port of call.
