Pigeon Tracking

I’ve had a pigeon come into my loft on Saturday with one of my racers with a big clumbersome block over the life ring.

I’ve been told it’s a tracking ring

Question. Do I remove it and report the pigeon.

It’s stamped Uddingston Flying Club
