Well I booked a holiday of a life time to the far east on a cruise and saw 4 fantastic countries Thailand Vietnam Singapore and Malaysia. I always wondered if I would see anyone I knew so far from home which is over 6000 miles. Imagine my surprise when I did. My ex wife!!! I was gob smacked to say the least. Have you any funny meetings? I yes please let this topic know so we can all have a chuckle. MJB

We actually met the same couple from our town 3 times over a few years in different countries.

The closet we got to knowing anyone else was our neighbours son in law s boss and her family were on the cruise even though we did not know them they lived the other end of Stoke. Funny old world. Mjb

Conversely there is a guy I don’t know at all but have seen at every pigeon event I have been at in last ten years. Not just talking about Blackpool but Doncaster Presentations in Belgium , Algarve one loft race . Never spoke to him but at Blackpool in two weeks he will be at every auction I attend .
