Guest chrisss Posted June 15, 2008 Report Posted June 15, 2008 well ace thats TOP breeding worth £500 in my opinion mick b agree 100% with what you say ssome want something for nothing a banned member put a couple of birds up for sale and got slagged for it ive seen birds on this site addvertised for a £1000 pounds that was not slagged off as you know ace nowt for nowt in this life but some on here dont belive it ace lofts breed ace pigeons ps cmon BIG PHIL oh happy days i really don't want to off topic, but that one i cannot pass up your"banned" member/son was not banned for selling birds,he was however slagged off for a supposed auction that never happened, this bird at least is worth the money, and has the background to justify the outlay
Roland Posted June 15, 2008 Report Posted June 15, 2008 quote=480]thats a top pigeon bud,if anyone bought it they would certainly get there money back paired to another top pigeon. Les Personally I can't see what the fuzz is about. If you want it, you buy it, or make an offer. If you would like one, but can't afford it, ask for an egg etc. But why any one wants to debate a fella's asking price, or even say where some are cheapper all seems irrelevant to me. Now the real reason I can on this line is, and I may have asked before, but getting forgetful in me old age, is Shou, that pigeon advocate sure looks like a Stamvater Line to m? [
Guest Paulo Posted June 16, 2008 Report Posted June 16, 2008 Why? Does he keep pigeons then? Ace has obviously bought some TOP pigeons..........and now he has given the opportunity for another fancier to purchase a top youngster. Check out the breeding.....Quality stock does NOT fail Your talking out of your *expletive removed* quality stock does provide a higher chance of breeding good birds but quality stock breeds crap as well.
jakjak Posted June 16, 2008 Report Posted June 16, 2008 Your talking out of your *expletive removed* quality stock does provide a higher chance of breeding good birds but quality stock breeds crap as well. Nice way with words.....my 4 year old and 11 year old uses this site. I am entitled to my opinion. I never said expensive stock does not breed rubbish. (or cr*p as you put it) Of course they do!! It would be far more mature to disagree with me with a better use of the english language.
gangster Posted June 16, 2008 Report Posted June 16, 2008 i think that all posts advertising birds should be locked and contact via pm...this then stops all good/bad comments...i think thats for the best for all in the long run.....

Fair comment about the language i should have perhaps used a different phrase. Would you pay 500 notes for a latebred than mate when by as you have admitted there even good birds breed rubbish? Fair enough 500 quid for proven stock birds and birds that have won races but for a latebred its outrageous. Even Ian Stafford from up our way who has won a ton of rcaes against much stronger competion than you southerners will ever compete against wouldn't charge that. He sells ybs to race 500 for 6 and he spent a forture on his birds. Way way overpriced

'swings and roundabouts' All the best with your youngsters from Jim Bambling, I recently bought 6 and they are superb! If I had £500 I would buy more from him! ;D
