Users of the Pigeonbasics.com Message Forum shall not:
upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that we deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
register for more than one User account, register for a User account on behalf of an individual other than yourself;
impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity;
intimidate or harass another;
upload, post, or otherwise make available content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, national or international law;
upload, post, or otherwise make available content that, in the sole judgment of Pigeonbasics.com, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which may expose Pigeonbasics.com or its Users to any harm or liability of any type.
upload, post or otherwise make available content that, in the sole judgement of Pigeonbasics.com without prior consent, is advertising any product, or service.
User Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Pigeonbasics.com Message Forum Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users.
Moderation
Moderators have the power to enforce many of the rules and guidelines set out in the forum Code of Conduct. Actions may include but are not limited to: delete/lock/move/merge topics and messages.
Forum Moderators are normal members, not employees, who have been hand picked after they have managed to prove consistently that they have the skills and experience needed for helping us maintain fairness in the Forums.
All administrative actions taken by the moderators and administrators of this forum are final. Posts commenting on or criticizing forum administrative actions will be deleted. Any complaints or disagreements regarding forum moderation should be made by contacting the webmaster.
Violations
Violation or infringement of any of the rules in this Code of Conduct may result in the immediate revocation, suspension or termination of the privilege to post or participate in any of the Pigeonbasics.com Message Forums. Pigeonbasics.com reserves the right to vary the severity and suddenness of the penalty based on the nature of the violation. Pigeonbasics.com reserves the right to refuse to post or remove any posts, material or links that we deem unacceptable, offensive or in violation of the rules without further notice. We also reserve the right to suspend, prohibit or terminate the registration of any user who violates the rules from using the site or site related services without warning.

This document is in addition to the registration agreement to which every user agreed to when signing up to use this forum. The agreement is copied in full, below.
Although the moderators and administrator of this forum try their best to keep this forum free of any offensive content, there may be small, isolated incidents in which it is posted, and you as a user, accesses it. While we will try to remove such content before it is accessed by you or other users, it is impossible for us to keep track on each message posted on this forum at every moment of the day. If such content is posted, we will either edit or remove the post, and the appropriate action will be taken towards the user. You, therefore, acknowledge that all material posted on these forums express the views and opinions of the user which made the post and not the administrators, moderators, or system administrator (unless the posts are made by these people); therefore we cannot, and will not be held reliable for such content that is posted on these forums.
Upon registering, you agree to never use this forum for any vulgar, false, sexually oriented, threatening, obscene, abusive, hateful, slanderous, or anything that violates ANY acceptable laws; and you also agree to never hack, or attempt to hack into any area of this forum. You also agree never to post any copyrighted material, which you do not expressly own the copyright to, or that you do not have the authorization to use. Advertisements, spam (or useless information posted often), solicitation, and chain letters ARE NOT allowed on this forum. We agree to never sell or disclose any private information that you submit to us. Once you have successfully registered, you will be given a public profile, which allows everyone to see the various information that you submit to us; however, you are not required to disclose any of this information. You will be allowed to privatize certain information (such as your e-mail address), and you are not obligated to provide us with any personal information, which includes but is not limited to your gender, birth date, and name. While we agree never to sell any information, you provide to us, we will not be held responsible for any information that may be compromised by someone whom may hack into your account. It is highly recommended you use a password that is longer than six (6) characters and is a combination of letters and numbers. If your account has been hacked into, notify the system administrator immediately and we will look further into the matter, and adequate punishment will be given.
This forum system uses two methods of logging in, cookies and session identification (SID). If you use cookies to login, the forum will save your username, encrypted password, and board passwords to your computer in the form of a "Cookie". The other method, session identification, will store your current session on this server using your IP address, username, encrypted password, and any board passwords you may use while using your session. If you use session identification, you will be logged out after three (3) hours of inactivity.
