that time of year is with us already... the first training flight is due to take place today at 2.00pm, 1343 pigeons have been basketted. more info later... must get back to work n get laptop on, and kid on i'm doing some work!

heard show went exceptionally well, and everybody i have spoke to have had positive comments... which is GREAT!! thats all we try to achieve plus a couple o quid into the kitty! well done to CHIC & ANNE CARRIE who won Best In Show and Best Opposite Sex

REMEMBER LADS... entries close at 9.00pm on Thursday evening **late entries will be accepted on the day for which a handful of pens have been reserved** for the fanciers who havnt attended our shows you will be issued with all you pens numbers for the entire day on a computer print out... we feel this the the more organised and fairest way to run such an event, and less stress... lol our members are looking forward to meeting up with everyone one again, it seems there will be a nice bunch o lads in attendance once again like last year!!

cracking transporter, have seen it myself when met up with the driver a couple time this year handing over strays... when you see this motor, it lets u realise how far we are in the dark ages!!!

a geraldy is the way forward, but a definite dream for most of us... the aberdeen fed done it the write way and have a superb modern transport system for there birds raising the cash is a complete struggle these days, as stevie-b mentioned we raised an obscene amount of money for the fed... but all forgot about now! if every body mucked in a pipe dream could become reality, it time personalities were put to one side and every body got 'heads down and ars*s up' and focussed on feds transporting together and clubbing together in raising the dosh for modern transporters... it could be done but suppoort is required??

thats all we strive for mate, something this sports lacks at times... but the Downfield Friendly RPC always pull it together each year with a wee winter show, and yip plenty bevy... lol

NONE OF OUR CLASSES STATE THAT THEY ARE 'SHOW CLASSES'? THEY ARE ALL LIKELIEST CLASSES AND I CAN NEVER RECALL IN THE HISTORY OF OUR SHOWS ANY SHOW PIGEONS BEING ENTERED, WE ARE ALL RACING FANCIERS AT HEART JUST LOOKING FOR A BIT OF WINTER FUN!
