I would say breed from the ones you got and see how they turn out. Its best to stick with one family of rollers at the start and then decide if you need new blood.

I have around 10 young rollers at the moment. 4 are in the nest and are growing fast. I have a pair of yours on eggs. How are you doing with your rollers and racing pigeons?

Does anyone have a cage/training box so I can put my young rollers inside. I would then place this on top of my loft so the young rollers get use to their surroundings before I let them out. I was told this is a good way to train young pigeons by my friends as I don't have a kitbox. Many thanks

Josh is correct with his point there are lots breeds of high flying pigeons such as Iranian, Pakistani, English tipplers, Serbian and many more. If you search on the internet there are plenty. I have a pair at the moment but would have to check if I can give them. They are the english tippler.

When you say high fliers are you referring to tipplers?

I have heard that crows chase away the hawks so if you have a few crows in your area its good. However my pigeons sometime get spooked by the crow when sitting on the roof.

A nice looking pigeon. It does look like one of those helmet breeds. I think the cap (brown bit on the head) is common with those breeds.

There are a few frogs Billt, thanks for sharing. I thought aquatics shop wouldn't purchase them as they could be carrying diseases Kirky but a French restaurant would purchase alot of frogs if its top of the menu lol!

Lol you'll make a fortune with selling them frogs. Would aquatic shops purchase them off you?
