its my first time widowhood hens,didnt plan to race old birds but i managed to hant some of my favourites from recent seasons so thought why not will see how they do thanks for the help guys anymore tips please put them up

twice a day forget the training bit i only had two chucks ;D,hens are in boxes in a loft with stock pigeon in the next section thanks for the help

my hens are training spot on but they look flat as f£rts exersizing,they go well for 15/20 and are very nice condition wise mins any ideas

your welcome mate,think i might give racing up and start breeding seems the only thing i can do right ;D bet they do well for you.the six that went to swansea were really happy too
