I am looking forward to new challenges and ventures but I doubt I would stick at it solely for that. Personally I enjoy the friendships made and the banter within other wise I would find it too boring. Chickadee loves her birds but that brings it's own problem as she is not looking forward to the racing due to the fact she may lose some. Hopefully we might strike a balance or no doubt she will win and we will end up with another 200 ;D ;D ;D

Stuart Honey ;D We all have a pot that we fund our living on and that includes our hobbies. You make a living out of selling pigeons and personally I don't care but it is a fact, whether it funds your lifestyle or not. You can afford the luxury of only buying pigeons you can handle or from someone you trust but just because others can't does not mean they wrong just different. We all have to fund our hobby, some can only just afford seed at times never mind a zillion pound pigeon so for them affording your class of pigeon is not an option for them You donate to the site and I am sure a lot are very grateful but you do benefit from sales to members as well and quite rightly so. If I donate of any other fancier donates a £30 pigeon and manages to sell 20 on the site because of it we are no different, just the percentages are a lot higher Every sport in Britain is or has been in trouble at some time or other and they all face the same problems, they either muddle along, dwindle away till its too late or have a wake up call and get off their butts and shoot the high horse which tramples on or eats away at the grass roots They need you but you need them is the only way partnerships survive and you can add that to any part of life JMO of course ;D

As long as there are people daft enough to pay there will be the ones that are willing to sell. Years ago I bought bankrupt stock of earrings(not for my private collection I may add) tried but failed to sell a few of them in the plastic wallets they came in for £1 so I bought some nice wee cases @30p and sold them for £5 all day long. Human mentality wants prestige and association with what money brings and not always at the best price
